Reservation Policy Rasananda Resort Ko Phangan
Private and shared speedboat transfers are offered by the hotel at an extra charge. To make reservations for this service, please contact the hotel directly.
Private speed boat transfer :
A representative will be waiting at Samui Airport to escort guests to the Bangrak beach facility, which offers free refreshments. The speedboat journey is 30-minutes long and disembarks at Rasananda.
Scheduled Shared Speedboat Service:
The speed boat departs from Rasananda and the Bangrak facility at the following times:
Departing Rasananda : 09:30 & 13:30
Departing Samui : 11:30 & 16:30
Public ferry & land transfer:
Guests will be dropped off at Samui’s public pier for a high speed ferry or Catamaran ride to Phangan’s Tong Sala pier. This will be followed by a 35-minute drive across the island to the resort.
Cancellation Policy Rasananda Resort Ko Phangan
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged THB 700.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 7 % VAT is included.
10 % service charge per room per night is included.
1 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
